Camberwell Dragons are excited to announce the first round of pre-tryouts for the 2026-27 Victorian Junior Basketball League (VJBL) season.

These sessions are open to domestic players who are new to representative basketball and have not participated in the VJBL. If you're looking to take the next step in your basketball journey, we encourage you to come along and showcase your skills.

Pre-Tryout Schedule

Under 12 Boys

Sunday, September 13 at Boroondara Sports Complex (BSC)
– 8am-9.30am
– 9.30am-11am

Under 14 Boys

Tuesday, September 8 at Boroondara Sports Complex (BSC)
– 6.30pm-8pm

Under 16 Boys

Tuesday, September 8 at Boorondara Sports Complex (8pm).
– 8pm-9.30pm

** Boys – if successful will return to the next tryout on Friday, October 2.

Tuesday, September 15 at Boroondara Sports Complex
– 5pm-6pm
– 6pm-7pm

Under 14 Girls

Tuesday, September 8 at Boroondara Sports Complex
– 7pm-8pm

** Girls – if successful will return for main tryouts beginning Saturday, October 3.

Registration Information:

– Registrations for all new and returning players will open via PlayHQ on Friday, August 7.
