School Holiday Camps
As head coach of Victoria Metropolitan’s National Intensive Training Program (NITP) between 2001-13, State Director of Coaching and Basketball Victoria Operations Manager, Ross Wignell worked with many junior players who went on to enjoy successful basketball careers. Ross designs our holiday camps to assist player development and to cover the important fundamentals of the sport, providing each individual with the foundations required to improve their game.

Wednesday, July 1 – Future Dragons Camp with head coach Ben Crowe.
Monday, July 6 – Domestic Shooting Camp with head coach Ben Crowe.
Tuesday, July 7 – Under 14 Rep Hoop IQ Camp with head coach Conor Mathews.
Wednesday, July 8 – Domestic Development Camp with head coach Liam O’Hoy.

Conor Mathews
Head coach of Camberwell Dragons 18.1 Boys … 2021 Dragons Boys Coach of the Year … has built a strong reputation for his ability to connect with players and support their ongoing development … Conor is also the assistant coach of the Dragons Youth League Men’s team, head coach of the Dragons High-Performance Program and a coach in Basketball Victoria’s elite development pathway.
Liam O’Hoy
Liam is head coach of Camberwell Dragons 16.3 Boys, an experienced Camp coach and junior domestic coach … CDBA Basketball Development coordinator conducting school clinics … head coach of Dragons Regional League and Eastern Development League (EDL) teams … Basketball Victoria Camp coach … also works in many other basketball-related spaces.
Ben Crowe
Ben is head coach of Camberwell Dragons 16.2 Boys … plays for Dragons Big V Championship Men’s team … Ben is frequently coaching development sessions and working out players individually and / or in a group setting.
Jaden Lai
Jaden is was the 2022 Camberwell Dragons Boys Program Coach of the Year … head coach of Dragons 12.1 Boys program from 2022-25 … coached in the Pre-Dragons Academy and Dragons Development Squad for many years … progressed as player through the Dragons program and plays for Camberwell’s Big V Championship Men’s team.
