Eleni Valos led the way with a team-high 26 points, seven rebounds and two steals as our Big V Division 1 Women pulled away in the second half for an 84-71 road win at Collingwood on Sunday.

Anna Burrows added 14 points, six boards and two blocks for the Dragons, who hit back after a heavy loss at Altona on Saturday night and improved to 3-3. They're in fifth place heading into the Easter break and will resume their campaign with a home date against Melbourne University at Balwyn High School on Sunday, April 27.

In the other Dragons Big V game on Sunday's slate, our Youth League Men couldn't keep up with their host in the second half at Pakenham.

Camberwell was within two at the half, but the Warriors had too much the rest of the way – outscoring the Dragons 42-27 over the last 20 minutes on their way to an 81-64 win.

Matt Marcun had a team-high 14 points to pace Camberwell and Chris Allison flirted with a double-double (nine points, nine rebounds, three steals) for the Dragons, who slipped to 5-2. Pakenham improved to 4-3.

Next up for our YLM is a road date with Bulleen on April 26.

DRAGONS BIG V NOTEBOOK
Lulu Gasparini, from our 14.2 Girls, made a half-court shot look ridiculously easy at the half-time break of Saturday night's YLW clash between the Dragons and Western Port at BSC. Lulu stepped up and calmly potted the first – and what would be the only – shot fired in the half-court shooting competition and walked away with an Eastside Nutrition voucher. To see Lulu's shot, click HERE. Big V competition takes a break next week before returning over the ANZAC Day long week, and there will be more exciting competitions and prizes to be won when we resume. Keep following us here and on the Dragons' social media platforms for updates.
