Naismith Basketball Hall of Famer, three-time Olympian and Australian Opals legend Michele Timms will be the special guest at Camberwell Basketball's Outside the Lines session on Tuesday, August 6.
One of the finest and most beloved players of her era before embarking on a coaching journey that included stops with WNBA team Phoenix Mercury, NBL team South Dragons, the Australian and Chinese women's national teams and now at the Michele Timms Basketball Academy, Michele will share her thoughts on coaching and reflections of a remarkable life in basketball during a not-to-be-missed OTL.
A veteran of three Olympic Games and four FIBA World Championships, Michele was captain of the Opals team that won the silver medal at the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
Earlier this year, she was inducted into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame and will enter the Hall with the Class of 2024 during an enshrinement ceremony in the United States in October.

This special OTL session will now be held in the Camberwell Room at Camberwell Grammar School, 55 Mont Albert Road, Kew,, on Tuesday, August 6 (7-8.30pm), not at the CDBA office, as previously advertised.
