Michele Timms is a three-time Olympian, one of the all-time greats of our game at home and overseas, and one of only three Australians to be inducted into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame.
Michele's journey from the asphalt courts of Belle Vue Primary School in Balwyn North to the very top of international basketball wasn't always smooth, and her extraordinary career, which saw her play professionally in Australia, Europe and the United States, was testament to her passion for the game, perseverance and an incredible work ethic.
Camberwell In Business is excited to welcome Michele as the guest speaker for its three-course dinner and networking event at Pincho Disco next month, and you're invited to join us on Wednesday, March 19, for what will be a very special evening with a true legend of Australian sport.
This event is free for Camberwell in Business members. A limited number of tickets are available for non-Camberwell In Business members for $130 (inc. GST) a head.
Your ticket includes a three-course dinner and drinks (selected beers, wines and soft drinks) at Pincho Disco, 59 Cambridge Street, Collingwood. Start time is 7pm.
To secure your ticket to this event, or to find out more, please call Camberwell Basketball Communications Manager Andrew Johnstone on 0425 791 610 or email [email protected]
