Coming off a stunning win in the Under 16 C3 (Eltham) grand final at the Eltham Dandenong Tournament last weekend, Camberwell Dragons 16.5 Boys resumed their VJBL grading campaign with a 49-46 win against Pakenham 3 at the State Basketball Centre on Friday night.
Jake Casey had a team-high 11 points to pace the Dragons, with Leonardo Briganti adding eight.
In other Friday night highlights for Camberwell, our 12.1 Girls won 40-38 against Keilor 1, our 16.2 Girls scored a 3-28 win against Wangaratta 1, the 14.1 Boys put up a big score in a road win at Bendigo and our 16.2 Boys won 70-48 against Bulleen 1 at Mullum Mullum.
