As the season is now well under way, I am pleased to report the technical foul count for players and coaches across all teams is down significantly. This is really apparent on the female side of the program with no techs reported by the VJBL. Well done to the coaches who were challenged at the start of the season to lead the way in which they want their teams to behave!
Importantly, we must remind all parents, that as parents, you also have a significant part to play in building a positive, respectful and safe environment. Your behaviour is not only observed by other Camberwell Basketball parents, opposition parents, coaches and referees but importantly your own child and the other children on the team.
Camberwell Dragons have zero tolerance for any disrespectful behaviour. We aim to have a club culture that is recognised across the league as a club that is friendly and inclusive but always competitive!
