Camberwell Basketball launches its inaugural Association-wide Mental Health Awareness Week tomorrow and we're inviting you to help shine a light on an important issue that affects so many families in our community. Here's three ways you and your family can show your support for the cause:

– Attend our Mental Health Awareness Week session at Camberwell Grammar School on Monday, April 27 (7pm-8.30pm). This session is free and will feature a presentation from a well-known and highly respected member of the Camberwell Basketball and Dragons community and an interactive workshop on self-talk delivered by James Farrough, Provisional Psychologist at Glynn Mind Clinic. – Attend our Mental Health Awareness Week session at Balwyn Community Centre on Thursday, April 30 (7pm-8.30pm). This session is free and will feature two guest speakers: Two-time National Basketball League champion Andrew Parkinson and Bobby Bajram, a world-class extreme athlete who has lived with multiple sclerosis for more than 40 years. – Step out in style and turn our venues blue. When you're out and about with your domestic team or the Dragons at training and games over the next week, add a splash of blue to your outfit as a reminder of this great cause. Junior Dragons players will be invited to wear blue armbands at VJBL games on
