DATES THAT MATTER: We know your end-of-year diary is filling up fast, so we’re here to help make life easy for your (OK, as easy as we can!). With that in mind, here’s some dates we urge you to make a note of right now (Go on, do it now. You know you want to!):
Sunday, December 1 – Last Dragons Sunday training in 2024.
Week commencing December 2 – Last Dragons midweek training for the year.
Friday, December 6 – last Friday VJBL game for the year.
Sunday, January 19 – First Dragons training for 2025.
Friday, January 24–Monday, January 27 – Eltham Dandenong Tournament.
Sunday, February 16 – VJBL Dragons team photo day. SAVE THE DATE!

CAMBERWELL IN BUSINESS: Camberwell In Business will host its end-of-year Drinks and Canape networking event at Pincho Disco in Collingwood tomorrow night (Thursday, November 28, 5.30pm-8.30pm). STARS IN STRIPES: Camberwell Basketball is preparing to honour our referees for their outstanding work in 2024. The lists of nominees for all award categories were published on Dragons and CDBA-Community Basketball League social media platforms this week. Award winners will be announced next week. Congratulations from all at Camberwell to our nominees and thank you to every one of our Stars in Stripes for their commitment and wonderful contribution they make to our sport.

DRAGONS ON TOUR: There’s more than one way to help our Dragons On Tour USA 2024/25 travelling party make their trip to the United States next month one they’ll remember for ever. DRAGONS IN THE USA: Dragon Angus Nelson’s Skagit Valley College improved to 3-0 in the Northwest Atlantic Conference with a 100-72 win against Chemeketa at the weekend. The Cardinals. Next up for Angus and SVC is a date with Evergreen State College JV in the Red Devil Classic tournament at Lower Columbia College on Saturday. … On the east coast, Dragon Jasmine Chan-Clayton’s St Joseph’s University (Brooklyn, New York) suffered a heavy road at Farmingdale State at the weekend. The Bears are 1-3 overall heading into today’s home date with Manhattanville at The Hill Center.
