Her speed and changes of direction continually put opposition players on the back foot. It has been pleasing to see the development in her non-dominant (left) side and still be effective driving to score. She is a skilled 1on1 defender and can pressure her opponent and positions herself well within the team's defensive structure. She is an effective rebounder, reading the fall of the ball before many of her opponents. Lastly, she is a terrific team-mate and very coachable and I look forward to following her basketball journey."

Coach's Award – Imogen McLay
"Imogen blends a single-minded focus to develop her basketball, with an exuberence for keeping basketball fun. She is a talented ball-handler bring the ball up the court under pressure and selecting the right moment to drive to the basket or pass to a team-mate in a better position. When defending, her lateral movement denies opposition players time and space resulting in many offensive turnovers and goals. Imogen has a high basketball IQ, reading opposition setup and backs herself to make the right decision at the right time, and has rarely been wrong. She's a great teammate and a joy to coach."
